About the Role
As a Senior Business Development Manager at Enerview, you will be responsible for account growth, expansion, and long-term value realization across a portfolio of enterprise customers. This role blends business development and account management, requiring strong relationship ownership, commercial discipline, and the ability to identify and execute expansion opportunities over time.
You will work closely with production leadership, engineering teams, and executive stakeholders to scale Enerview’s platform across assets, workflows, and organizations—positioning it as a core system for production operations integrity.

What You'll Do​

Own and grow strategic enterprise accounts across upstream Oil & Gas operators

Build trusted relationships with Production, Operations, Engineering, and Digital leadership

Drive account expansion through asset rollouts, workflow adoption, and multi-year agreements

Lead regular business and performance reviews tied to operational and financial outcomes
-
Identify and execute expansion opportunities across wells, facilities, and production workflows
-
Partner closely with Customer Success and Implementation to ensure adoption and value delivery

Serve as the primary commercial point of contact for renewals, expansions, and long-term planning

Act as the voice of the customer internally, influencing roadmap and go-to-market decisions

Qualifications
-
3-5+ years of experience in Business Development, Account Management, or Enterprise Sales
-
Strong track record of growing and expanding enterprise customer relationships
-
Experience selling SaaS and/or technical solutions into upstream Oil & Gas organizations
-
Ability to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder environments
-
Strong business acumen with the ability to tie technical value to commercial outcomes
-
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field

Working knowledge of Artificial Lift systems (ESP, Gas Lift, Rod Pump, PCP, etc.)

Comfort engaging production engineers and operations managers on lift performance and reliability

Experience supporting production surveillance, optimization, or operational integrity initiatives
