About the Role

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer to join our Operations Team, focused on solving internal and customer tickets. You will be the go-to person for troubleshooting, applying quick fixes, and implementing small improvements across our stack.
This is a hands-on role, ideal for a junior developer who wants to gain full-stack experience in a real-world environment while working with technologies such as Grafana, Python, and PostgreSQL.
You will collaborate closely with multiple teams and product owners to understand issues, design solutions, and ensure tasks are completed effectively. Over time, you’ll also help us build documentation to make future troubleshooting smoother.

What You'll Do

Manage and resolve internal and customer support tickets in a timely manner.
Investigate issues across the stack (frontend, backend, and database).
Collaborate with different team members to gather requirements and understand system processes.
Design, implement, and test fixes and small-scale features. When information is missing, proactively meet with product owners or other developers to gather the necessary knowledge.
Create and maintain documentation after each support cycle to capture learnings and solutions.
Participate in low-priority or maintenance projects when ticket volume is low.
Communicate clearly and effectively in English across a distributed, multicultural team.

What We Expect from You

1–3 years of experience in software development.
Strong knowledge of Python and SQL (PostgreSQL preferred).
Familiarity with Grafana and/or similar data visualization tools.
Understanding of frontend and backend (HTML/CSS, REST APIs, etc.).
Experience working in Linux environments and using Git for version control.
Strong problem-solving mindset and eagerness to learn.
Excellent communication skills in English (Spanish is a plus).
Proactive attitude: comfortable reaching out to team members to find answers.
Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented.
