About the Role

We’re looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Troubleshooter to help us verify, optimize, and design dashboards and automations. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Grafana 11, data queries, and problem-solving across complex systems.

What You'll Do​
 ​

• Verify data accuracy and performance across existing dashboards.

• Design and implement new dashboards in Grafana.

• Create and optimize queries to ensure real-time, reliable data visualization.

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to dashboard functionality, data sources, and automations.

• Collaborate with the operations and development teams to identify opportunities for automation and improved reporting.

• Document configurations, workflows, and troubleshooting steps.

What We Expect from You
 

• 1–3 years of experience in software development.

• Proven experience with Grafana 

• Strong skills in query building (SQL, Python, or similar).

• Experience integrating and automating workflows using APIs or scripts.

• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.

• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
