Production History
The Production History dashboard provides historical data on well allocations and well test production volumes since the well was brought into production, allowing users to analyze performance over time. It also includes trends for BHFP calculations (in yellow) among other variables.
-
Production Trends: Graphs and tables showing the evolution of water, oil, gas production, and BHFP (Bottom Hole Flowing Pressure), helping identify patterns and anomalies.
-
Production Component Breakdown: A detailed breakdown of production by components (water, oil, gas) for a clear understanding of each stream.
-
Time Comparison: Tools to compare production across different periods, helping identify improvements or declines in performance.
-
Data Export: Option to export historical data for external analysis or customized reporting.

At the top of the Dashboard you will find the well header information, whit the most relevant data defining the well and the type of ESP pump that is currently installed. Key parameters to mention are:
-
Total Number of ESP wells.
-
ESP Manufacturer
-
ESP Type
-
Sum of all pump stages including tapered pumps
-
Pump operation within the pump performance curve obtained from the well health check, defined as follows:
- In Range: the pump is operating within the pump maximum and minimum limits, ensuring efficiency and reliability.
- Upthrust: Indicates the pump is operating above maximum allowed limit, causing mechanical stress, and potential damage.
- Downthrust: Indicates that the pump is operating below its minimum operational limit, leading to increased pressure.
-
Head Deterioration: Indicates the loss of pump lifting capacity due to deterioration, shown in low, medium, or high, with percentage of deterioration. This deterioration value could be realated to gas ingested by the pump, mechanical issue or others, Its important to note that the deterioration level is considering an average of the last 10 days.
Daily Allocated Volumes by Well
Allocated daily production volumes for oil, water, and gas by wells are displayed at the top of the page. The timing of production data ingestion depends on when the operator performs and completes daily allocation runs.

Production Daily Rates
A graphical representation of daily production rates for both allocated ad well test volumes, allowing users to track performance trends over time. BHFP daily calculation is also displayed, typically in "yellow".

Interacting with the legends and trends to view

-
Clicking on Legend Items will toggle its visibility in the chart (hide/show), as shown in the example below, which only displays Alloc. Oil, the green line.
-
Multi-Select: Hold down the Ctrl key (or Command on Mac) while clicking to select or deselect multiple legend items simultaneously

Deferred Oil Production
Represents the volume of oil production that has not been achieved due to system interruptions, operational issues, or maintenance, detailing the reasons behind these deficiencies. This value is based on the real-time data considering the period when the ESP is down.

Casing & Tubing Pressure (psi)
Displays real-time and historical data on casing and tubing pressure, providing insights into the well’s performance and integrity. This information is ingested either through the operators production system or through SCADA.

Daily Average GOR-GLR-WC
Shows daily averages for Gas-Oil Ratio (GOR), Gas-Liquid Ratio (GLR), and Water Cut (WC), helping to analyze well efficiency and fluid composition over time.
