24-hour Status

The 24-hour dashboard serves as a starting point, offering an overview of key operational conditions within the past 24-hours.  It enables quick and proactive detection of operational challenges through surveillance by exception, helping users focus on irregularities.  Wells with issues are immediately flagged, bringing them to the users attention for swift resolution.

The sections are divided into five categories:  Wells Down, Lost Communications, Cycling, Threats and Running.

Generally through out the platform the color description as as are follows:

Blue:  Either use as a link or to indicate production optimization potential

Green:  Good condition or operating point condition

Yellow:  Warning or operational constraint

Red:  Urgent operational threat or shutdown

Purple Data issues or lost sensor

Wells Down

Monitor wells that are shutdown with good data network communication, sorted by downtime order.

No Communications

Identify wells that have no network data communication (stopped sending data), which could indicate connectivity problems either because there are issues with the network or there is a loss of power (i.e. generator issues).

Cycling Wells

Track wells that are starting and stopping frequently, as this could lead to equipment failures.  Well Cycling more that one time are shown on this panel.

Well with Threats

The aim of this panel is to help proactively identify wells with operational issues to minimize equipment failures, without the need to review well-by-well trends. This data visualization will help the team quickly identify, investigate and address any concerning trends before they escalate leveraging three core trends:  motor temperature, motor current and PIP.  Any drastic change in any of this trends will automatically flag as shown below.

Healthy Wells

Monitor the wells operating normally, ensuring they continue running smoothly without the need for immediate field visits

Shutdown History

The Shutdown History table serves as a log for tracking well shutdowns, providing detailed insights into operational issues. Each row represents a different well, This table helps operators monitor well performance, identify recurring problems, and plan maintenance more effectively by keeping a record of system failures and their timing.
